A joyful, feel-good dance class that moves your body and supports your brain. Easy-to-follow choreography set to uplifting music — improving coordination, memory and cognitive function. Dance is the number one physical activity for the prevention of Alzheimer's and dementia, and this class makes that science genuinely fun. No experience needed.

As a mum of 3, ex professional dancer, and through 20 years working in the demand of the entertainment and TV/media industries, abunDANCE The Movement has evolved through my authentic journey of self discovery: the process of breaking, healing, finding my beat, and stepping out with a desire to inspire the masses to live life wholeheartedly and to the full!
