The Groove & Grow Baby Carrier Dance Class is designed especially for parents and caregivers with babies aged 7 months to 2 years who want to move their bodies, bond with their little one, connect with other local parents in a fun and supportive environment, and create some good brain chemistry!

Each Baby Carrier Parent & Bubs class in Albert Park is designed to be uplifting, supportive, and accessible:

✨ Dance Session: Easy, repetitive choreography designed for baby-wearing parents (no dance experience needed).
✨ Bonding Time: Music, rhythm, and movement to calm and connect with your little one.
✨ Cool Down & Reset: Stretches and mindful breathing, leaving you refreshed and re-centred.
Safety & What to Bring
✔️ Baby Carrier: Please bring your own secure, ergonomic baby carrier suitable for movement (front carriers recommended; wraps/slings only if bub is well supported).
✔️ Baby Safety: Babies must face inwards and be supported at all times. Movement is gentle and low-impact to keep bub safe.
✔️ Parent Safety: Move at your own pace, take breaks whenever needed, and always listen to your body.
✔️ Other Essentials: Comfortable shoes, water bottle, and a positive vibe.
