If you love the freedom of dropping in when you need a lift, this casual option is for you. Each class has a fresh routine, so you can walk in, learn something new, and walk out feeling lighter, stronger, and happier.
More than just a dance class, this is one hour designed to bring more joy, more community, and more goodness for your body, brain, and soul. Expect high-energy movement that gets you sweating, smiling, and leaving with that natural post-class high.
Class Flow
✨ High-Energy Warm-Up – A cardio dance warm-up to get you moving and smiling.
✨ Choreography – Learn a short routine designed to challenge your body and mind, while moving in unity with others.
✨ Stretch & Reset – Cool down, stretch, and finish with a mindful pause to leave you present, recharged, and ready for the week.
Class Details
📍 Location: Little Ginger Studio, Williamstown – a space that truly oozes good vibes (and doubles as a brilliant local events venue).
🕖 When: Tuesdays, 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM
🎶 Level: Beginner / Intermediate
💪 Fitness Level: Medium
