Casual Pass
Dance is the single most effective exercise for the prevention of cognitive decline. This class was built entirely around that science, and delivered in the most joyful way we know how.
Every Tuesday evening in Williamstown, adults of all ages and abilities come together to move, connect and do something genuinely good for their body and brain. Open to all ages and particularly perfect for anyone over 55 who enjoys low impact movement, simple patterns and a genuinely welcoming room. No dance experience needed. Just show up exactly as you are.
