This 10-Class Pass gives you access to ten consecutive 'higher'-impact abunDANCE sessions - a fun, music-driven workout designed for adults (especially those 35+) who want to support their physical, cognitive and emotional health through joyful movement.
If life gets busy and you miss a class, don’t worry you can make up missed sessions during a later term so you always receive your full 10 classes.

This class is ideal for adults who enjoy a slightly faster pace, want to challenge their strength, improve coordination, boost cardiovascular health and support long-term brain health. No dance experience needed — just a willingness to move and have fun. The playlist for this class is fun, groovy, a few 90's bangers and 80-class hits.
