Looking for a fun, gentle and uplifting way to support your physical and cognitive health? This 10-Class Pass gives you access to ten consecutive Cognitive Movement & Joy Dance classes at Albert Park Lake - the perfect routine for anyone wanting to improve balance, coordination, memory, community and overall wellbeing.
This is a LOW IMPACT Class.
If you miss a class here or there, don’t worry - you’re welcome to make it up in a later term, so you’ll always receive your full 10 sessions.
