Dance is the single most effective exercise for the prevention of cognitive decline. And on Friday 17 July we are bringing that science to Mornington in the most joyful way we know how.
Two classes. One morning. Choose your vibe or do both.
10:00am — Cognitive Movement and Joy. Low impact, gentle and genuinely brilliant for your balance, brain and body. Perfect for anyone who wants to move with intention and leave feeling centred and uplifted.
11:15am — Old Skool Hip Hop. Higher energy, 90s RnB playlist, bone density support and that post class high that stays with you all day.
No dance experience needed for either class. Just show up.
